Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigenes Kellerabteil. Im Untergeschoss steht ausserdem eine gemeinsame Waschküche mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern zur Verfügung. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit, eine eigene Waschmaschine innerhalb der Wohnung zu installieren.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 65 m² gross und verfügt über einen grossen privaten Balkon.

Nettomiete: CHF 2'130/Monat

Gesamtkosten ohne Parkplätze: CHF 2'305/Monat

Wir mieten derzeit zusätzlich zwei Parkplätze, jeweils für CHF 190/Monat. Bei der Auswahl werden Bewerber bevorzugt, die bereit sind, beide oder mindestens einen der beiden Parkplätze zu übernehmen.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch:

We are looking for a new tenant to take over our rental contract for a bright and spacious 2-room apartment in Zurich Affoltern.

The apartment comes with a private cellar storage room. A shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available in the basement. There is also space inside the apartment for installing your own washing machine.

The apartment is approximately 65 m² and features a large private balcony.

Rent: CHF 2,130/month

Additional charges: CHF 175/month

Total excluding parking: CHF 2,305/month

We currently also rent two parking spaces, each at CHF 190/month. We will prioritize applicants willing to take both or at least one.

The location is very convenient:
