With a heavy heart, we have to give up our wonderful apartment in Embrach and are therefore looking for a tenant from 01.11.2026 or by agreement.

The apartment is best suited for one or 2 adults with a maximum of one child.

The apartment has its own laundry tower with washing machine and dryer. A winter garden can be used as an additional room or for its intended purpose. The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub and shower for everyone and allow for carefree cohabitation. A large, private cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment. Additional hobby rooms can be rented partially.

Custom-made fly screens and blinds for the skylights can be taken over free of charge if desired.

A garage parking space can be rented for 150 CHF per month and is reserved for this apartment. Additional parking spaces are available on the street for 50 CHF per month.

All shopping facilities (Coop, Migros, Volg, and various farm shops) and the bus station (Embrach/Dreispitz) are within less than 10 minutes walking distance.

The pool and outdoor pool are located directly opposite and promise a wonderful cooling on hot summer days - without parking space searches and stressful arrival and departure.

The airport can be reached directly with several bus lines (520/521) in less than 20 minutes and also avoids the stressful arrival and departure for every vacation.

The neighbors are all very charming, and you will be quickly accepted into the community if you want to :)
