Hello everyone! We're looking for a subletter starting from December for a beautiful 5-room apartment on the 5th floor in Via Sorengo 6 in Lugano.
The apartment is completely south-facing, so it's bright all day, and has a panoramic view of Monte San Salvatore, Monte Generoso up to Monte Brè.
Move-in date: December 1st. Rent and expenses:
The price is 1'230 CHF per month, ALL-INCLUSIVE (rent, expenses, and a covered parking space!). There's only an annual settlement of about 450 CHF (which may vary slightly depending on heating costs and fuel prices). Facade renovation work is planned, so the settlement costs should decrease.
Furniture (subletting is tied to the purchase of furniture):
The apartment is being sold furnished, a perfect solution if you're looking for a ready-to-use option without the stress of buying and assembling furniture!
The furniture belongs to me and includes:
Living area: a nice sofa, wall shelves, chairs, and a fantastic extendable table, perfect for dinners with company (comfortably seats 10 to 13 people!).
Bedroom: bed with practical storage, nightstands, dresser, and a large wardrobe with internal drawers.
