Description

Room

Oetwil am See - ZĂĽrich Oberland

950 CHF

Available from October 16th 🚨

Hello, my name is Tera Elie. I'm a young African, I work in the care sector and I live alone.

I'm renting out a room for a period of 1 to 3 months. This offer is particularly suitable for people who work temporarily in the region, have an internship or a limited-term employment contract, or are looking for accommodation for a few weeks.

⚠️ Important: For a rental period of 1 to 3 months, it is currently not possible to register with the municipality.

From January onwards, it will be possible to arrange registration with the municipality and a longer-term rental contract.

I'm looking for someone who:

* is quiet and respectful,

* is clean and reliable,

* respects the privacy and quiet of others,

* values a pleasant and respectful cohabitation.

The apartment is quiet, and I consider an uncomplicated cohabitation with mutual respect and good communication to be important.

In high-demand areas, property listers find themselves pre-selecting prospects to manage the number of viewings. Timing – first come, first served – is key, but other criteria can also influence selection. A high income doesn’t always mean an advantage – be honest about it.
