Your new office in Oerlikon - directly at Berninaplatz!
We are looking for a sympathetic company as a subtenant for our existing office community. The office space is currently shared by three companies: Wiesn Events GmbH, which organizes Oktoberfest events, LivingTech GmbH from the IT sector, and ImmoTrust Schweiz AG. Since ImmoTrust Schweiz AG is moving, we are looking for a new company to take over its place in our existing office community.

What to expect
Ready-to-use workstations: In total, 5-7 workstations are available. Two of them are located directly at the representative reception desk, if this is to be taken over. However, taking over the reception desk is not a must.

Fully equipped office: The existing office furniture of ImmoTrust Schweiz AG can be taken over at an additional cost, if desired.

Meeting room: A fully glazed meeting room is available for shared use by all tenants of the open-plan office.

Shared kitchen: A refrigerator, dishes, microwave, and coffee machine are available to all tenants.

Central location: The Berninaplatz tram stop is only about a 1-minute walk away. Oerlikon train station can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot. The Wüst bakery, Spar, Coop, and various restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.

Parking spaces & storage areas: Two visitor parking spaces are available directly in front of the entrance. A garage parking space can be taken over from ImmoTrust. Additional garage parking spaces can be rented from the Sunnige Hof cooperative if needed - subject to availability.

Office community: Various shared expenses and services are organized within the office community and divided among the three tenants. These include, for example:

• Consumables and supermarket items
• Nespresso coffee capsules
• Office cleaning every two weeks
• Internet via Swisscom
• EWZ electricity costs
• Printing costs

The list is not exhaustive. The annual ancillary cost statement is prepared by Wiesn Events GmbH and ensures transparent and fair cost distribution between the three tenants.

The share certificate of the Sunnige Hof cooperative in the amount of CHF 6,700 must be taken over.
