A room for two people maximum is available.

The accommodation includes:

* A room with a bed for two people only
* A bathroom with a bathtub
* A small kitchen
* Internet available
* Rent: 400 CHF per month, including only water, electricity, and Internet

Conditions for interested persons

Please send only the requested information as follows:

* A recent, real, and personal photo of the person who will occupy the accommodation.
* A detailed presentation of yourself: name, age, current situation, professional activity or other situation, and reason for your housing search.
* Explain clearly how you plan to pay the rent.
* Indicate your real phone number, which can be used to contact you.

People with Swiss or European identity documents or residence permits are welcome.

Women and men are welcome.

IMPORTANT:
All provided information must be accurate and conform to reality. The sent photo must be a real and recent photo of the person who will actually occupy the accommodation.

Any person who provides a photo, identity, or information that does not correspond to reality will be immediately rejected.

Do not send any documents, identity papers, or other justifications at this stage.
No document or paper should be sent before receiving a confirmation and a final approval of your application.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the accommodation.
