We rent a room on a weekly basis (250 chfs) including various charges. Our apartment is a 3.5-room apartment with 90m2, balcony, and garden. Access to all amenities, internet, and laundry room (payable).

The apartment is located next to two bus lines (2 minutes on foot) and 7 minutes on foot from the CHUV metro stop. The St-Francois square can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport or in 18 minutes on foot.
We are a couple, 34 and 36 years old, and live with a small, sympathetic, calm dog (that never barks). The apartment is cleaned every week.
The room is furnished. The bed-wardrobe (140x200) has a good mattress, comfortable and clean. You will have a dresser at your disposal to store your belongings. Bedding and towels can be provided for a small supplement.
We will be welcoming while respecting your private space. Ideal for people working at CHUV.
