From January 1, 2027, my attic studio in Bülach will be available for subletting.
I have used the studio for around five years myself and am now giving it up due to my move to Eastern Switzerland. Over the years, it has become a cozy and very practically furnished retreat and is particularly suitable for a weekly stay in the Zurich area.
The studio will be handed over fully furnished. This includes, among other things, a bed with mattress, a sofa bed, a workspace with office chairs, a projector with screen, a mobile air conditioner, as well as a refrigerator, freezer, microwave with baking function, multifunctional cooking device, air fryer, water cooker, and other furniture, devices, and equipment.
The complete existing inventory will be taken over for CHF 1,500 as a total package. This already provides a comprehensive basic equipment, and there is no great effort to set up the studio after takeover.
The rent is CHF 780 per month. The rental object also includes a private parking space, which will be available from January 1, 2027.
The studio is particularly interesting for cross-border commuters and weekly residents. Registration as a secondary residence or weekly residence is possible; the main residence remains abroad.
Due to its location in Bülach, there is a good connection to the Zurich area and Zurich Airport. For people who are regularly active in the region professionally and need their own retreat during the working week, the studio offers an uncomplicated solution.
The handover of the studio is currently planned between December 14 and 18, 2026.
For the examination by the property management, the corresponding requirements must be met. These include a valid residence permit or a valid employment contract with which the required residence permit can be applied for or achieved, a current debt collection register extract without open debt collection proceedings, as well as a secured income.
