Ideal for a single person. Quiet village, just a few minutes from Sion, with everything on foot:
- Edelweiss Market right next door (also post office)
- Bramois butcher, pharmacy nearby
- 2-3 restaurants and cafes, church
- Bus stop 3 minutes on foot
- 5 minutes by car from the highway and hospital
Management condition: a monthly income of at least 3 times the rent, i.e. CHF 3'615..
