Apartment

Our very beautiful, lovingly furnished and equipped with cozy wooden structures apartment has 3.5 rooms, with an open living/dining area (open kitchen), a large and a smaller bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a great terrace (14m2) with wonderful morning and afternoon sun and an outdoor lounge that invites you to sunbathe in the warm months.

House

This is a three-party house owned by a family. It is well-maintained thanks to private ownership. Our apartment is located on the top floor, where our attic compartment is also connected. In the house, there is a heated ski room and a shared, spacious laundry room (which is shared with only one other party). Directly in front of the house is the private parking lot.

Location

Our apartment is located in the old part of Savognin. The valley station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, which means you can be on the piste or hiking trails in no time. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Rental

We rent our apartment fully furnished and for at least 12 months; extension optional. It is fully equipped (dishes, cutlery, table sets, Bose boombox, wine fridge, etc.) and ready for immediate occupancy. The rent is preferably as a holiday apartment; permanent residence to be determined. Additional costs (water, electricity, oil, ...) are billed separately according to consumption. This is a non-smoking apartment.
