SUBLET 2.5 FURNISHED ROOMS IN YVERDON-LES-BAINS
I am looking for a person or a couple who loves animals to sublet my 2.5-room apartment in Yverdon-les-Bains from February 1st to July 30th.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes:
1 bedroom
Dining room/living room
Kitchen
Bathroom
Terrace
Shared laundry room (laundry on Friday evening)
Parking space included
Water and electricity included
CHF 1'300./month
(parking, laundry allowance, electricity and water charges are included in exchange for the presence and supervision of the cat)
Regarding my cat:
My cat will stay in the apartment during the sublet. He is used to going out and usually comes back in the morning and evening. I am therefore looking for someone who loves animals and can be present for him, especially to give him food when he comes back and make sure he can enter and exit normally.
I will of course provide his food. In case of a problem requiring a veterinarian, my family will be available to take care of it.
This is a temporary sublet: I am not giving up my apartment. Thank you for not contacting me for a purchase or long-term rental.
