Additionally, it has a wonderful view and a quiet location with a quiet neighborhood. Pets are allowed. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The house has a washing machine, dryer, and an attic.

The location is ideal for commuters: the highway access is about 2 minutes away, so you don't have to drive through the whole city, e.g., towards Zurich. The bus stop is 2 minutes away. Shopping opportunities are nearby, and the AFG Arena is just around the corner. Among other things, Cleverfit is within walking distance (5 minutes) and there's a nice little park for jogging or just walking.
