I am looking for a subtenant for my high-quality renovated 1.5-room apartment. I would like to stay myself, but my personal situation has changed.
The apartment is spacious with approximately 40 m² and has a very good room layout. It is modernly renovated and has a beautiful floor. The balcony is on the sunny side and gets sun all day. Additionally, there is a beautiful view and a quiet location with a quiet neighborhood. Pets are allowed. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The house has a washing machine and an attic.
The location is ideal for commuters: The highway access is about 2 minutes away, so you don't have to drive through the whole city, e.g., towards Zurich. The bus stop is 2 minutes away. Shopping opportunities are nearby, and the AFG Arena is just around the corner. Cleverfit is also just around the corner, as well as a small park that's great for jogging or walking.
