Description
Since I will be moving out of my shared apartment at the end of December, my room will be available from January 1, 2027. Therefore, I am looking for a new tenant to take over my room and the main rental agreement.
The apartment is a beautiful, 2023 renovated 4.5-room apartment on the 1st floor. My two female roommates (both 22) will initially remain in the apartment, so you would be living with two already established roommates. How long the two will stay in the apartment is not yet definitively determined (expected to be until the end of February/March or the end of June 2027). Both are studying at the University of Fribourg.
The apartment features:
• three bedrooms, including the unfurnished room for rent with approximately 16 m²
• a large living room
• a kitchen with a dishwasher
• a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub
• an additional small guest toilet
• a washing machine and dryer in a built-in closet
• a large balcony
• a basement storage room
• a bike parking space
The apartment is very conveniently located, with both the university and the train station, as well as shopping opportunities, being easily accessible:
• approximately 10 minutes on foot to Miséricorde
• approximately 10 minutes on foot to Beauregard
• approximately 15 minutes on foot to the train station
• it takes a bit longer to get to Pérolles on foot, but it is also easily accessible by bus
• several bus stops are located about 4 minutes on foot from the apartment
• a total of 5 different bus lines run from the train station in the direction of the apartment
The location is also very practical for shopping: Coop, Migros, and Denner are each approximately 5 minutes away on foot.
