Das Studio ist voll möbliert und eingerichtet. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein bequemes Sofa, ein Einbauschrank, ein moderner Smart-TV und eine steuerbare Beleuchtung (Philips Hue). Die Küche ist komplett ausgerüstet, unter anderem mit Kombigerät, Airfryer, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Das private Badezimmer mit Dusche liegt auf derselben Etage, nur wenige Schritte vom Studio entfernt, und steht ausschliesslich den Mietenden zur Verfügung. Der Schlafbereich ist durch einen Vorhang trennbar.

Über die breite Schiebetür gelangt man auf die Terrasse; Garten und Terrasse können benutzt werden. Ebenfalls inklusive sind die Mitbenutzung von Waschmaschine und Gefrierschrank sowie ein Gratis-Parkplatz (Reservation erforderlich).

All-inclusive auf Monatsbasis: Die Miete umfasst Nebenkosten und eine Reinigung alle zwei Wochen. So bleibt der Aufwand gering – geeignet für Personen in befristeter Anstellung, in der Probezeit oder mit einem vorübergehenden Bedarf an einem eigenen, unkomplizierten Zuhause.

Lage: Der Bahnhof Olten ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Als Knotenpunkt des Schienennetzes sind Zürich, Bern, Basel und Solothurn in weniger als 30 Minuten erreichbar, Luzern nur wenig länger. Das Studio selbst liegt ruhig neben dem Stadtpark; ein Wanderweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei ins Jura.
