We are looking for a sublessee for a 3.5-room apartment in Arbedo.
The house consists of two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a large living room.
The heating is centralized. The apartment also has a basement and a shared laundry room (on a rotating schedule).
The monthly rent is 690 euros, including expenses with a settlement at the end of the year (the amounts are always very low).
The apartment does not have parking spaces and balconies. (We have always subscribed to a parking permit for the nearby blue parking spaces with two cars and have always found a spot)
