I am renting a room in my apartment in Romainmôtier. There is a bathroom, access to the balcony, and the possibility to share the living areas (kitchen, living room).

There is a washing machine and a dryer. The parking spaces in the village are free.

On the practical side, there is the train station, which is a 20-minute walk, or you can reach it by car or bike in two minutes.

Alternatively, the bus passes by the house and takes you there, but only during office hours (early morning, noon, and evening).

The village is well located, quiet, but not too far away. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Lausanne or Yverdon.

To make a brief description, I am a 38-year-old man, a painter, I love tranquility and healthy food, so if you like to shop at Migros, I am tolerant but to a certain extent. No smoking or alcohol in the house and I ask for obvious common sense. I have done quite a few shared accommodations in my life and I insist that everyone is responsible. If it's to remind you of the elementary things, no thanks
