ROOM FOR RENT SHORT TERM
I am renting a room in a 3.5-room apartment, consisting of 2 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a balcony.
Available from November 1st to March 30th maximum
Suitable for students or working individuals
Short-term rental only
Rent: 800 per month
1 month's deposit required
Electricity is not included in the rent. The electricity bill is to be paid every three months and will be split with the roommate.
Usually 160-180 CHF every 3 months, so % split between 2 people
The room is intended for one person only.
No couples and no two people in the same room.
The apartment will be occupied by a maximum of two people. I am looking for a quiet, respectful, and serious person.
No people without employment or without valid documents.
I am only looking for serious and reliable people, preferably a man.
