I'm looking for a subtenant for a 1.5-room apartment in Genestrerio, 26 sqm.
Very well-equipped with a new kitchen installed 4 years ago. New exterior coating done last year with a stable temperature in winter around 22/23 degrees ... I've never turned on the heating ... and not too hot in summer.
The apartment has a covered outdoor parking space and a private basement with a shared laundry room and drying room to hang/dry clothes. The costs are 590 rent + 110 additional expenses with a settlement at the end of the year ... in my case, I've always had a credit settlement ... plus electricity costs to be paid ... in my case about 25 CHF monthly, and 50 CHF for the covered outdoor parking space if needed. The apartment is located 2 km from the Brusata customs station,
so very convenient for those who go shopping in Italy. Also, 2 km from Mendrisio train station, 1 km from Migros/Coop, 80 meters from the Autopostale 523/517 bus stop in the direction of Mendrisio station/Chiasso station/Gaggiolo border.
Monthly rent payment with 3 months' deposit (2100 CHF) upon contract signing, Swiss Caution or similar not accepted.
