It is a 5-room apartment in a high-rise building on the 12th floor.
The room for rent is approximately 10m2 in size and includes a closet, a table, and a sofa bed for sleeping (this can also be replaced with a bed)
A private bathroom/toilet is available. The shower is shared in the large bathroom.
The remaining rooms are shared. Large balcony with glazing and a view to the Jura. Beautiful sunsets
The living room is cool in an Irish-Pub-Style design. A place to feel comfortable ;-)

I am looking for an open, friendly, and orderly person who has their own room and shares the rest of the apartment. This includes occasionally eating together, watching TV, discussing, or having a drink. I am looking for a relaxed roommate. Privacy or withdrawing also has its place.
A person who speaks French or English would be desirable, so I can better learn the language and offer German in return.
I am looking for someone who is employed, studying, or simply taking a break from the familiar.
I do not want someone who does not work and is only at home, wandering planlessly through the world.
A parking space can be rented at a low cost.

I am male, 59 years old (which is not given away), athletic, slim, like to be in nature, bike, camp, play volleyball and boules.
I have a girlfriend (who does not live here) and am certainly not at home one evening a week. My French and English are not the best, but they are sufficient for understanding.
