Oerlikon train station is just a 3-minute walk away, with various shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All rooms are non-smoking areas, smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will result in a fee of CHF 250. Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM. For bookings that last longer than 31 nights, an apartment check will be carried out before departure to check for damage. Guests are liable for damages caused by negligence, smoking, or misuse. Guests are obligated to treat the apartment and its facilities with great care and dispose of waste in the designated containers. The landlord assumes no liability for theft, damage, or loss of the guest's personal belongings. Guests are not insured against risks of accommodation (e.g., accident, illness, theft, water and fire damage); private liability insurance is mandatory and is the responsibility of the guest. Guests who stay for 91 nights or longer must register with the authorities within 10 days of moving in and deregister upon moving out.
