The apartment is located in the newly emerging residential and working quarter Papieri area in Cham, ideally situated between Zug and Lucerne. Lake Zug is only 5 minutes away by car, with a well-developed bike path along the lake to Zug. You will find shopping opportunities and various restaurants directly in front of your doorstep in the meeting zone of the Papieri area. Enjoy working in Zug and living in the green and quiet Cham. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. All community areas and the apartment are non-smoking areas. Smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace. In case of violation of the smoking ban, a fee of CHF 250 will be charged, plus any additional costs for the fire department or necessary painting work. Guests are obliged to leave the apartment in an orderly condition and dispose of waste in the designated containers. For bookings that last longer than 31 nights, a apartment inspection will be carried out before departure to check the condition of the apartment and the furniture for damage. Guests are liable for all damages that occur during their stay. If the condition of the apartment requires extended cleaning time, the additional time will be charged accordingly. Guests are obliged to treat the apartment, community areas, furniture, and equipment with great care. The landlord assumes no liability for damages that are due to the guest's own fault, self-inflicted injuries when using the apartment or public areas, or disruptions due to force majeure, strikes, etc. The landlord disclaims any liability for theft, damage, or loss of mobile and private items brought by the guest. Guests and their personal belongings are not insured against accommodation risks. Private liability insurance is the guest's responsibility and is mandatory. Guests are not allowed to sublet the apartment to third parties or conduct business in the apartments. For bookings that last longer than 91 nights, guests are obliged to register with the relevant authorities within 10 days of moving in and deregister upon departure. The landlord may collect, process, and use personal data for the smooth processing of the booking. Data storage and transmission to third parties only occur to the extent necessary, and guests agree to this.
