I'm looking for someone to take over the room in my shared accommodation in a 3-room apartment from January 1st, 2027
OBLIGATORY: must be solvent and have a guarantor

* Shared accommodation with a 21-year-old student
* Common areas available
* Washing machine + dryer in the laundry room
* Ideal accommodation for students, young professionals or people working in Lausanne
