Olgastrasse 6 was built in 1899 in the style of historicism: natural stone facade, arched portal with glazed wooden door, and wrought-iron balcony railings. The house is listed in the municipal inventory of heritage conservation of the city of Zurich and is continuously carefully renovated. From the 2nd floor, the view extends over the treetops to the Uetliberg.

• Bellevue, about 4 minutes' walk: tram 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, and 15, as well as bus 912 and 916
• Parkhaus Hohe Promenade, about 1 minute's walk from the Schanzengasse exit, with rental parking spaces
