About us:
We are currently two people (M, 38; M, 34) and are looking for a roommate who is tidy, reliable, and sociable. We both have unconventional working hours; eat and cook together whenever possible.

It's a typical Winti worker's house, renovated according to building biology principles in 2023 (breathable walls, ceiling heating). In the residential area, there are plenty of parking spaces in the blue zone. Common areas are already fully and high-quality furnished. Nevertheless, we look forward to your active participation.
The following are available for shared use:
• Garden with loggia and bike shed
• Open kitchen with dining area on the ground floor
• Washing machine in the basement
