From November 2026 (or later), I am subletting my shared room in a beautiful and modern 3-room apartment (77 m²) in the Langstrassen quarter for approximately 8 months (with the possibility of extending the sublease). The room is fully equipped, but if you want to bring your own things, this can also be negotiated.
The apartment has an open kitchen with a bright living room, a cozy balcony with morning and evening sun, a retreat with its own laundry tower, and a basement compartment (there is also a bike room). The location is extremely central and offers various shopping options (Coop, Denner, Migros, etc.) within a 5-minute walk (Zurich HB 15 minutes on foot, Limmatplatz 10 minutes on foot, Helvetiaplatz 2 minutes on foot).
You will be living with my roommate (W25), who studies business informatics and works part-time. If you are also an open, cheerful, and tidy person, then you are in the right place.
