We rent our bright, spacious 4.5-room apartment from December 1, 2026, to January 26, 2027. It has a living/dining room, bedroom (1.80 double bed), guest/study room (1.40 bed), kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Furthermore, there is a very nice balcony with morning sun and a garden for shared use. We have many plants and would be very happy if you could take care of them.

The apartment is very centrally located in district 1. Walking time less than 10 minutes to the main station / 5 minutes to the Central, 5 minutes to USZ, ETH, and the University of Zurich.

The apartment is therefore well suited for a couple or two friendly people.

Non-smoking household, no pets.

3000 CHF / month including ancillary costs and internet access. Cleaning costs exclusive. Deposit 3000 CHF.
