I am looking for a roommate for two large rooms in my very bright and spacious 4-room old building apartment in Zurich Enge (district 2). The apartment is occupied by only two people and offers plenty of space and privacy accordingly.

The apartment has two large and two medium-sized rooms. Each person occupies one large and one medium-sized room, one of which has a private balcony. Almost all rooms have south-facing windows.

The apartment:

• CHF 1,650 per month for both rooms together, including utilities (excluding electricity/EWZ)

• For a maximum of three overnight stays per week: CHF 1,350 per month

• Two private rooms with approximately 27 m² and 18 m², one of which has a private balcony

• A total of approximately 140 m², four rooms, shared by only two people

• Four balconies, bathroom, and separate toilet

• Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and hallway

• Washing machine and dryer in the basement, without a washing plan

• Beautiful old building details, including stucco ceilings

• The rooms can be taken over partially or fully furnished after consultation

The location:

Very quiet, green, and central at the same time. The Rieterpark can be reached in about five minutes on foot, the lake in about ten minutes. It takes about eight minutes by bike to get to the Paradeplatz or Bürkliplatz. There are direct tram connections to the main station and a direct S-Bahn connection from Enge station to the airport (about 25 minutes). Supermarkets, organic shops, cafes, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

About the shared apartment:

I am a photographer and designer, in my mid-40s, experienced in shared apartments, and work outside the home. During the week, I am usually not at home during the day.

I wish for an uncomplicated, respectful cohabitation with a self-sufficient and considerate person. It is important to me that both have their own free space. Occasionally doing something together or exchanging ideas is nice, but not a must.

I am looking exclusively for a weekday resident who has their center of life outside of Zurich and uses the rooms for professional reasons during the week.
