Free shared room in Bülach ZH
Since my current roommate is moving out at the end of October, I am looking for a new roommate, ideally between 18 and 25 years old. The apartment is a 4.5-room owned apartment on the first floor, which belongs to my parents. The room for rent is approximately 14m2 in size and has direct access to the large balcony of the apartment. The entire apartment is approximately 130m2, and the third room is used more as a storage or laundry room. Since the apartment has two bathrooms, you will have one almost entirely to yourself, as I only use it to wash laundry. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, oven, dishwasher, etc.) and lovingly furnished, and is located in close proximity to a bus stop (approx. 3 minutes). The public transport connection is very good, the airport can be reached by bus in approximately 15 minutes, and you can usually reach Zurich in about 30 minutes. The room is generally rented unfurnished, but it may be possible to take over some furniture by agreement.
As for me, I am 21 years old and have two cats, so it would be great if you love animals just as much as I do. Otherwise, I am a very quiet and peaceful person, and you can talk openly with me, which is also very important to me. Cleanliness and order (especially in the shared rooms) are also very important to me, and you should be a non-smoker.
