I'm just moving into the apartment and furnishing it step by step. At the latest in a month, everything will be fully furnished. Until then, you have the rare opportunity to have a say: Which sofa, which lamp, what the balcony should look like. If you're interested in co-creating, all the better. If not, you can lean back and move into a freshly furnished apartment.
The apartment
Bright 3.5 rooms on 80 m² on the 3rd floor with elevator:

Your room (13 m²) is all yours, everything else we share.

Quiet living and yet quickly everywhere:

• Schwerzenbach train station in 4 minutes on foot, from there directly to Zurich by S-Bahn
• Supermarket and pharmacy right around the corner
• Greifensee is nearby, ideal for jogging, cycling, or a dip in the water after work

Rent
CHF 1,100 per month, including utilities. Deposit: 2 months' rent. Available from November 1st
About me
I'm Merdan, 37, and I work in finance and 2 days in home office. I'm tidy and uncomplicated, appreciate a quiet home, and enjoy having a joint dinner or coffee on the balcony. Everyone has their own life, but it's nice when the other person comes home: that's how I imagine the shared apartment.
