The apartment is situated on the outskirts and on one floor with access to a garden plot.
It offers an unbeatable view of nature: ideal if you love calmness.
15 minutes on foot from all amenities.
To travel outside the city, a bus stop is 10 minutes on foot, which leads to Yverdon-les-Bains, Arnex, and even the Joux Valley with the train towards Brassus.
Le Day train station is well served and allows easy travel to Lausanne.
The rent:
The rent is 1139.-/month including charges. Parking and cellar are included.
Living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom are common areas.
