Looking for a 2-2.5 room apartment with a balcony in Zurich for rent. I'm a 62-year-old man, a Pole who has been living in Switzerland for 20 years. I lost my job due to a hip issue a year ago and am currently registered with the RAV. In 2027, I wanted to retire early. For a long time, I have been unsuccessfully searching for an apartment. At the city's real estate office, SAW, and with most landlords, I only get rejections. Since 2012, I have been living with GBMZ in a 2-room apartment without a balcony and near Langstrasse. Because of this, I need a new, affordable, and quiet apartment for up to around 1200 francs. If you have something to rent or are looking for a subtenant, please contact me. Thank you very much.
