In a 5-room maisonette apartment, I am looking for a roommate, preferably with a child. Our beautiful apartment is located between Stäfa and Männedorf (30 minutes to Zurich, 20 minutes to Rapperswil). The surroundings offer meadows, vineyards, and a lake view, and the Männedorf and Stäfa beaches are nearby. Our part of the house is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and all rooms have a lake view. Two rooms are available for one person (plus one or two children): a large one with 35 m² and a smaller one with 12 m².
