Whether a compact single office or a spacious room for an entire team: Choose the area that suits your needs.

• Office with 11.5 m²: for 1 to 2 workplaces, CHF 650 to 950 per month

• Office with 18.4 m²: for up to 4 workplaces, CHF 1,050 to 1,450 per month

• Corner room with 50 m²: flooded with light and with special charm, for up to 12 workplaces, CHF 2,650 to 3,250 per month

• Spacious drawing room with 74.5 m²: flexibly designable, for up to 16 workplaces, CHF 3,850 to 4,350 per month

Rent prices vary depending on the furnishings. All rooms are available furnished on request and can be occupied immediately. The exact rental conditions will be determined by agreement.

For a pleasant working day, a versatile, shared infrastructure is available to you:

• Two meeting rooms for up to 12 or 6 people, conveniently bookable via a reservation system

• Equipped kitchen with a cozy lounge area

• Spacious inner courtyard for breaks and exchange in between

• High-speed internet with WLAN

• Regular office cleaning as well as coffee, drinks, and snacks

Additional office equipment, a parking space, and basement space are available on request. A print room with a multifunctional printer, plotter, and other devices can be used for a separate fee.

Central and easily accessible

You can reach Zurich HB in about ten minutes on foot, and the next tram and bus stop in one minute. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity.
