Your own workspace in the ROWE HairLounge

In our newly equipped hair salon at Seestrasse 341 in Zurich District 2, directly at Wollishofen train station, we rent a hairdresser's workplace to a self-employed hairdresser or a self-employed barber.

What to expect:

• Equipped workspace with shared use of washing areas and community areas

• Own assigned storage area

• Flexible, independent work organization within the agreed access framework

• Utilities included

• Professional cleaning once a week included

• Two customer parking spaces for shared use, subject to availability

• Central location at Wollishofen train station

You run your own business with your own customers, your own prices, your own appointment scheduling, and your own billing. You purchase and pay for products, hair colors, tools, consumables, and drinks yourself; these are not included in the rent.

The specified monthly rent applies per workspace. We offer chair rental, not the entire salon.

Requirements are the clarified recognition of self-employment by the responsible AHV compensation office and your own suitable business liability insurance.

Deposit: two months' rent. Availability and further details by arrangement.
