The apartment is located in a central area and very close to public transport with very good connections to Zurich. It is directly adjacent to a park and has a very nice view. The balcony has a folding glass front and can also be used as a winter garden. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. The first viewing is unfortunately only possible on 29.10.2026 at 13.00.
