The lounge on the loggia shown in the photos will be taken with me.

The bedroom is painted in an elegant anthracite tone, which gives the room a cozy and stylish atmosphere.

Additional information about the hobby room

Separate from the apartment, there is currently an additional hobby room, which I have set up as a private cosmetics and treatment room.

This room is not part of the apartment offer and is rented separately. A takeover is possible exclusively according to the specifications of the landlord and with their consent.

Here, too, a takeover of the existing black-and-white wall design is desired.
