In a preferred location in a beautiful quarter, near the university and ETH, we are renting a very spacious 4-room apartment.

The large and bright old building apartment was completely renovated a few years ago and the original building components from the time of its construction (1909) were restored as far as possible. All rooms are approximately 3.4 meters high. The parquet flooring in all living and bedrooms was resealed and the terrazzo tiles in the kitchen were refreshed; the bathroom and separate toilet still have the original terrazzo, which was restored some time ago. The balcony in front of the living room is approximately 9 square meters in size, and the kitchen also has a smaller balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with modern Miele appliances (dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, oven, and ceramic glass cooktop with induction). In addition to the modern kitchen, part of the original kitchen buffet has been preserved and provides additional storage space.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a sink, fittings, and other furnishings in a classic style, as is the separate toilet/sink.

A large storage room in the basement belongs to the apartment.
