Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof Schmerikon, Migrolino und Obersee.
Alter & Geschlecht spielt mir keine rolle, wichtiger ist, dass wir uns verstehen und ähnliche Vorstellungen zu Sauberkeit und Zusammenleben (auf Augenhöhe) haben :)

The room will be unfurnished, unless there is a wish to take it over as shown in the picture.
A TV and a large desk with a large monitor are available for shared use.
The apartment is located right at Schmerikon train station, Migrolino, and the Obersee.
Age & Gender does not matter to me; what is more important is that we get along well and have similar expectations regarding cleanliness and living together (as equals) :)
