The apartment spans two floors and is fully furnished. Among other things, it includes:

Bed, sofa bed, dining table with chairs, desk, closet / storage space, kitchen with standard equipment, internet / WLAN

The laundry room is located in the building and is shared.

The apartment is centrally located in Glattpark with excellent connections:

• Bus stop directly in front of the house (direct connection to Oerlikon)

• Tram stop within 2 minutes walking distance (direct connection to Oerlikon/HB/airport/Glatt center)

• Coop and fitness studio as well as various restaurants directly in front of the house

I'm looking for a reliable, tidy, and uncomplicated individual who handles the apartment and its inventory with care.
