A piece of country life in the city A special highlight is the approximately 15 m² large private garden with a spacious, paved seating area, surrounded by plants and plenty of greenery. The garden borders directly on a larger green area, where sheep occasionally graze. This creates a wonderfully quiet, almost rural atmosphere – and that in the middle of Zürich.

• The apartment will be professionally thoroughly cleaned before handing over. A professional final cleaning is also required when moving out.

• We have a cat. Although the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before handing over, we cannot guarantee that it is completely free of cat allergens. Therefore, we recommend that people with severe cat allergies refrain from renting.

• The apartment is accessible via a staircase and is therefore unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
