I'm traveling for a three-month stay abroad and renting out my cozy apartment during this time. It's a 28 m² large 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator), which I moved into directly after a total renovation four years ago. Since my home is very close to my heart, I'm looking for a reliable, tidy, and employed person who is in the middle of life and handles the apartment and furniture carefully. As it's a quiet and very pleasant house, I wish for someone who appreciates this relaxed atmosphere – the apartment is not suitable for parties.

Almost all photos were taken in the evening (the balcony picture was taken at 8 am), but during the day, the apartment is very pleasant: as soon as the sun shines, it gets nice sunbeams from around 1 pm. Additionally, you have a beautiful, unobstructed view directly to the Uetliberg, and the apartment also includes a balcony.

Period: December 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027 (limited to 3 months)

Location: Quiet, beautiful residential street in district 9. The connection to public transportation is very pleasant, with tram or bike to Stauffacher, for example, only 15 minutes, to the main station 22 minutes, and shopping opportunities are within comfortable walking distance. To nature, into the forest (Hasenrain), you only need 20 minutes on foot, and there are beautiful parks nearby.

Equipment: Completely furnished (including bed, sofa, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, fast internet, etc.). Laundry is done conveniently in the laundry room in the basement via entry in the laundry schedule. There is also a bike cellar.

Costs: CHF 1,664.60 per month (all-inclusive, including basic rent, furniture, electricity, and internet).

Deposit: 1 month's rent (deposited before moving in).

Requirements & documents:

Since the apartment should remain smoke-free and pet-free, the offer is aimed at non-smokers without pets. For the official release by my landlord, I need a few classic documents from you (best to bring them to the viewing appointment):

– A current debt collection report (not older than 3 months)

– A copy of your ID

– Proof of your private liability insurance

– A brief proof of income (e.g., copy of the employment contract or the last pay slips)

Viewing appointments & procedure:

The exact address in 8047 Zurich will be announced after successful contact. Write to me in your message which day and at what time you would like to come:

– Wednesday, 28.10, between 9 – 10 am

– Thursday, 29.10, between 6 – 7 pm

– Saturday, 31.10, between 1 – 2 pm

Contract conclusion & payment:

The contract can be signed online quite uncomplicatedly. So that we both have planning security, I would suggest that we sign the contract digitally in advance and the first month's rent is paid into my account by November 15 at the latest. A payment confirmation by email is sufficient for me in advance.

The deposit will be paid into a separate rental deposit account in your name and should also be set up and paid by November 30 at the latest. This way, all financial points are regulated in time, and we can plan the handover of the keys relaxedly.
