I'm looking for a quiet and respectful person to share my house in Gordola with, even for short stays (of a few months).

The apartment is all on one floor and consists of two rooms (mine and the one I'm subletting), a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a large balcony with a view of the vineyards. The house is very bright, south-facing, and located in a really quiet area.

The room is furnished and already has a large dresser where you can comfortably store your belongings.

In the room, there's also one of my closets with some personal items that I might need to pick up every now and then: it doesn't happen every day, but I prefer to be transparent from the start. That's why the price of the room is a bit lower.

The rent is 650 CHF per month.

For me, it's essential to maintain a serene, simple, and respectful atmosphere in the house. I'm 27 years old, a sociable person, I love the mountains, outdoor sports, nature, and active life. I also care a lot about the cleanliness and order of the shared spaces: I'm not looking for someone who's perfect, but for someone who takes care of the house and contributes to making it pleasant to live in.

And then there's Julie, my basset hound, who lives here too.
