Description
Since I'm moving out of my shared apartment at the end of December, my room will be available from January 1, 2027. Therefore, I'm looking for a successor who will take over my room and the main tenancy agreement.
The apartment is a beautiful, renovated 4.5-room apartment on the 1st floor from 2023. My two flatmates (both 22) will initially remain in the shared apartment, so you would be living with two already established and lovely flatmates. Both study at the University of Fribourg.
The apartment features:
• three bedrooms, including the unfurnished room for rent with approximately 16 m²
• a large living room
• a kitchen with a dishwasher
• a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub
• an additional small guest toilet
• a washing machine and dryer in a built-in closet in the apartment
• a shared laundry room in the building
• a large balcony
• a basement compartment
• a bike parking space in front of the building
The apartment is very conveniently located, with both the university and the train station, as well as shopping opportunities, being easily accessible:
• approximately 10 minutes' walk to Miséricorde
• approximately 10 minutes' walk to Beauregard
• approximately 15 minutes' walk to the train station
• approximately 15 minutes by bus to Pérolles
• several bus stops are located about 4 minutes' walk from the apartment
• in total, 5 different bus lines run from the train station in the direction of the apartment
The location is also very practical for shopping: Coop, Migros, and Denner are each within about 5 minutes' walk.
