A cooperative deposit of 42,000 € is planned for this apartment. Unlike a classic rental deposit, you will acquire business shares in the cooperative with this deposit. The deposit strengthens the communal ownership and forms an important part of the financing of the housing project. When you leave, the separation payment will be paid out according to the articles of association.

The state funding program KfW 134 – Promotion of cooperative housing can be used to finance the cooperative shares.

The program offers low-interest loans and a redemption grant of 15%. With a fully subsidizable financing of the cooperative deposit of 42,000 €, this corresponds to a possible grant of 6,300 €, which does not have to be repaid.

The funding loan is applied for through a participating bank. It is essential that the application is made before the start of the subsidized project. The approval depends on the funding requirements and the financial review.
