Hello I am looking for a student that wants a big spacious room ,in a student house, with a Lavabo inside that is available from November. It is furnished, costs 730 CHF and is in walking distance to the main train station Winterthur, the Neuwiesencenter, Lokwerk and more. As long as you are a student at a university in Zurich and under 25 you already have everything that is required by the Woko, which is the landlord of the apartment. A kitchen with appliances, toilets, music room, showers and a room with a washing machine and a dryer are provided although shared with the people of the same floor. The rent starts as a sublet and after I terminate the rental agreement formally in December you can move in officially. The security deposit will be 1500 CHF for the permanent rental agreement.
