We are looking for someone who is open, friendly, and approachable. Reliability and cleanliness are very important to us. It's also important to us that we get along well and consider each other's feelings, and that we feel comfortable together in the house. We appreciate a pleasant togetherness, where we can occasionally eat together, do something, or simply have a spontaneous conversation in the hallway. We would be happy if you wanted to participate in our shared flat life! At the same time, we naturally also give each person their own space and respect that everyone has their own daily routine and interests. It would also be important to us that you are approximately our age (around 20 to 30 years old). Because one of our flatmates is going abroad and therefore leaving our shared flat, we are looking for an (unlimited) successor :)

The room is part of a 6-person shared flat house, where we are spread over three floors with various communal rooms. Currently, two rooms are available: one is approximately 14sqm in size and costs 520.-/month; the other is approximately 20sqm in size and costs 590.-/month (including utilities). Both are generally available from February, but it's also possible to move in earlier or later.

In addition to the room, you will have access to two kitchens, a living room, two bathrooms, a small guest room, a garden, a large cellar (laundry room with washing machine, storage room, etc.) and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms include a shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, and a small storage room each.

We are currently six people and a very mixed shared flat. We are between 20 and 28 years old and work in different fields (a seamstress, a lawyer, a trainee teacher (who is unfortunately leaving us), a controller, a communications officer (who is also leaving us), and an IT expert). We are not a shared flat for a specific purpose, but we didn't know each other before. One of our flatmates has a dog (Clyde) and another flatmate has a cat (Gimli), who are also part of the shared flat :)
