I am looking for a suitable tenant for my beautiful, well-maintained, and lovingly decorated apartment.

The apartment impresses with its spacious room layout, a modern kitchen, a cozy living and dining area, and a beautiful, covered loggia that invites relaxation and lingering.

The rooms are tastefully furnished and convey a particularly cozy atmosphere.

High-quality furniture takeover

A special highlight is the possibility of taking over numerous high-quality and very well-maintained pieces of furniture.

The following furniture remains in the apartment:

• Spacious sofa set 3 years old

• Bed 3 years old

• Spacious wardrobe system

• Terrace dining table with four wicker chairs

  all very well-maintained and like new

The lounge on the loggia shown in the photos will be taken with.

The takeover of the listed high-quality furniture pieces at a fair flat rate is a prerequisite for my private tenant search. The furniture remains in the existing condition in the apartment.

Special design

The bedroom is painted in an elegant anthracite tone, which gives the room a cozy and stylish atmosphere.

The takeover of the apartment with this existing wall design is explicitly desired, so that no painting work is required on my part.

Additional information about the hobby room

Separate from the apartment, there is currently an additional hobby room, which I have set up as a private cosmetics and treatment room.

This room is not part of the apartment offer and is rented separately. A takeover is possible exclusively through persons within the property and with the consent of the landlord.

Here, too, a takeover of the existing black-and-white wall design is desired.

Important for apartment takeover

I wish for an uncomplicated handover, in which the mentioned furniture pieces and the existing wall design are taken over.

The exact conditions will be agreed upon in writing in advance. The required approval of the administration remains reserved.
