We are looking for a sublessee for our apartment as of December 18, 2026. We particularly appreciated the bright rooms, the shared use of the garden and the large terrace, as well as the proximity to Winterthur-Töss train station. If interested, we would also be happy to leave some furniture (see below).

The apartment

The apartment has approximately 80 m² with 4 rooms, one of which is a passageway room. During the renovation, the kitchen and bathroom were modernized and partly new floors were laid. Thanks to wide windows in three directions, partly with a view into the green, the apartment is beautifully lit.

Location and surroundings

The house is located in the immediate vicinity of Winterthur-Töss train station. The center of Töss with Denner, Migros, and bakery, as well as Lidl and TopCC on the Töss, can be reached in 5-10 minutes. The quarter is rather low-traffic and offers beautiful walking paths. The Reformed Church and schools are also nearby.

Terrace and garden

Although the apartment does not have a balcony, a very large part of the shared terrace on the intermediate floor (1.5th floor) is available for sole use. We used it for plants and vegetables, but also for cozy barbecue evenings. Additionally, the generous garden can be shared: as a seating area, for barbecuing, as a cozy reading corner, or, after arrangement with neighbors and landlords, also for gardening. We particularly enjoyed the regular harvests of berries and fruits.

Further information

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an older house without an elevator. The apartment may be occupied by a maximum of 3 people. The washing machine and laundry room are shared with a neighboring party. A basement compartment and a single garage are included.

Rent: CHF 2,050.– per month, including ancillary costs, including single garage and use of the terrace.

We would like to leave some things in the apartment. The takeover is voluntary; in the application form, you can indicate whether you are interested.
