From 2027, I will be renting a charming 2.5-room apartment with 56 m² of living space in Birchli, Einsiedeln – lovingly designed, cozy, and with an outdoor area that makes this home truly special.

The apartment convinces with an open living and dining area, a cozy bedroom under the sloping roof, and a warm, personal atmosphere. It is compact and at the same time wonderfully livable – ideal for a single person or a couple.

The heart of the matter lies directly in front of the apartment: A beautifully 32 m² large garden house with a Swedish stove, high wooden ceiling, and large window fronts.

A place with its own atmosphere – for cozy evenings by the fire, a meal with friends, reading, working, or simply relaxing. Together with the spacious terrace and garden, it expands the living space in a very special way.

And then there's the view: Approximately 200 m² of garden with a view of Lake Sihl and the Einsiedeln landscape create a small piece of holiday feeling in everyday life.

Plenty of space – also next to the apartment

An exceptionally large cellar with 47 m² offers ample storage space. A washing machine and dryer are available, as well as a bicycle parking facility.

Two parking spaces directly at the house are already included in the rent.

The apartment can be taken over furnished if desired. An unfurnished rental is also possible after consultation.

Nature and everyday life are wonderfully close here. Lake Sihl can be reached in a few minutes, the bus stop is just a few steps away, and shopping facilities are also within walking distance. The center of Einsiedeln can also be reached quickly.
